1. What EmoX provides

EmoX sells self-created digital content, action checklists, access links, and status cards. The service is delivered online and does not require physical shipping.

2. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to operate the service: account email, display name, login method, order records, access credentials, content delivery status, language preference, and basic usage events such as page views, preview actions, checkout intent, installation events, and share actions.

3. Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, we use Google OAuth to verify your identity and receive basic profile information such as email, name, and Google account identifier. We do not request access to your contacts, files, calendar, or other private Google data.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. EmoX does not store full card numbers or card security codes. We store order status, payment status, transaction references, and delivery records so the purchased digital content can be released and supported.

5. How we use information

We use information to create accounts, process orders, deliver digital content, prevent abuse, send service notices, show language-appropriate pages, improve content flow, and support account or refund requests.

6. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers only when necessary for authentication, payment, email delivery, fraud prevention, hosting, analytics, or legal compliance.

7. Data retention and deletion

We retain account, order, and delivery records for service, security, accounting, and dispute handling. You may request account review or deletion by contacting us. Some records may be retained when required for legal or accounting reasons.
