1. Acceptance

By using EmoX, creating an account, signing in with Google, or purchasing digital content, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital content

EmoX provides self-created digital content including action briefs, kits, blind boxes, privileges, limited-time entries, access links, HTML5 pages, file deliveries, and share cards. Content is delivered electronically after payment or authorized access.

3. Time-limited access

Some content, links, prices, credits, badges, and access windows may be time-limited. The product page shows the current access period or validity rules before purchase.

4. Accounts

You may use an email account or Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your login access secure and for all activity under your account.

5. Payment and delivery

Payment must be completed before paid digital content is released. After successful payment, EmoX creates an order record and a delivery access route. If payment fails, expires, or is refunded, the related access may be blocked or revoked.

6. Refunds

Digital content may be difficult to return after it is opened. Refund handling depends on payment status, access status, fraud checks, and applicable consumer law. Contact us if you believe a charge or delivery is incorrect.

7. Acceptable use

You may not attack the service, bypass access controls, share private delivery links in a way that harms the service, scrape restricted pages, or use EmoX for unlawful activity.

8. Changes

We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
