1. Acceptance

By using EmoX, creating an account, signing in with Google, or purchasing digital content, you agree to these terms.

2. Digital content

EmoX provides self-created digital content including action briefs, kits, blind boxes, privileges, limited-time entries, content links, HTML pages, file deliveries, and share cards. Content is delivered online after payment.

3. Time-limited access

Some content, links, prices, cards, and open windows may be time-limited. The product page shows the current validity rules before purchase.

4. Accounts

You may use an email account or Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your login access secure and for all activity under your account.

5. Payment and delivery

Payment must be completed before paid digital content opens. After successful payment, EmoX creates an order record and a delivery link. If payment fails, expires, or is refunded, the related content link may stop opening.

6. Refunds

Digital content may be difficult to return after it is opened. Refund handling depends on payment status, access status, fraud checks, and applicable consumer law. Contact us if you believe a charge or delivery is incorrect.

7. Acceptable use

You may not attack the service, bypass sign-in or delivery checks, share private delivery links in a way that harms the service, scrape restricted pages, or use EmoX for unlawful activity.

8. Changes

We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
